Voice


Born in Évora she lived in Sines most of her life, where she began doing theatre with Vivente Alves do Ó. It was also there that she had her most significant experience with GATO SA and Mário Primo. She studied in the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema and she has been doing professional theatre ever since. She has been doing research theatre for eight years now with the Comuna, Garagem and Bando Theatre Companies amongst others.
She's an amateur singer and a a traveller on her free time.

Producer

Has a college degree in Music Production and Engineering, by Berklee College of Music, in Boston, USA and another in communication sciences with a major in Interactive Audiovisual and Media by the Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
He was a teacher of Sonoplastia in Escola de Artes e Ofícios do Espectáculo-CHAPITÔ and responsible for the Workshops "Sampling e Audio Digital" in the Centro Em Movimento. He has been present in several projects has a producer, sound engineer, responsable for post production and sound technician for both cinema and TV and for CDs and DVDs such as:

  • Hipnótica
  • Weatherman

Inês Amaro


Illustrations, Graphic Conception

She studied in Faculdade de Belas Artes de Lisboa but prefers to say she is a self-learner. She also took the Curso de Ilustração Infantil na Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.
She started her professional life in 2003 when she was selected to be in the Bienal dos Jovens Criadores da Europa e Mediterrâneo em Atenas, Grécia.
Afterwards she is awarded with Honorable mentions in several painting competitions(Concurso de Pintura João Barata 2004, Galeria Barata, Lisboa). She participated in projects with musicians (Artes em Curso A-8, Festival de Arte Contemporânea em Contextos Locais, Torres Vedras) and she was invited to do album covers ("Bandex", the fist album of Bandex 2004, "I-Wolf and Burdy meet the Babylonians", album of Wolfgang Schloegel, Austria, 2004), and videoclips (Mostra de Video 04, Etic Lisboa) . Later on she worked on the recovery of the stone of Igreja de São Nicolau in Lisboa, but she didn't quit participating the collective exhibitions (Feira Mundo Mix PT 2005) and doing illustration work for CD covers("Cruising in Alaska", the first album of The Weatherman, 2005).
In 2006 she was given the opportunity to do her first single exhibitions ("Sem pés nem cabeça"-Exposição Individual na Casa da Cultura D. Pedro V, Mafra and "Fim de página", Fórum Municipal Romeu Correia, Almada) with a great acceptance within the public.
Most recently in 2007 she signed up for "Who" and did the first illustrations on the book "Notáveis Portugueses-Viriato" by "Zero a Oito" Editor.
